I purchased some jewellery, all beautiful & great quality apart from an issue with the hinge on one of the hoops. I got in touch with customer service at like 8pm and by 8:45pm I had store credit to purchase a replacement which is arriving today! I believe I spoke to a customer service agent called Blessings :-)
