I recently ordered from Abbott Lyon and honestly couldn’t be happier. The ordering process was really straightforward, delivery was quick, and everything arrived beautifully packaged which made it feel that bit more special.
The quality of the piece itself really impressed me — it feels sturdy, well-made and looks more expensive than it was. I’ve worn it daily and it still looks brand new. I’d definitely order again and would recommend to anyone looking for stylish jewellery that feels personal without breaking the bank.
Placed an order the other day with the wrong delivery address. As soon as I realised I emailed them immediately. I was so impressed with how quickly they replied and rectified my mistake. My order was delivered yesterday and I am in love with the item. Absolutely beautiful.

My bracelet unfortunately broken. I sent Abbott Lyon an email explaining, on this email I attached a picture of the broken bracelet and my order number.
Within minutes a very helpful member of staff resolved the issue. I did not have to provide anything else, they just credited my account so that I could re purchase my bracelet.
I am really impressed with this service and will definitely continue to order with them💕
I will never order jewellery from anywhere else!! The delivery is fast, the jewellery is amazing and does not discolour over time. The quality is great. I love that you can personalise the jewellery to make them sentimental or personal.
I contacted abbot lyon asking weather and item- 3 layered chain would come as one item or three separate chains.
I did not want separate chains as the get tangled together.
I was advised by the bot it was one item, one fastening.
Two of the chains are identical and the birth month stone is missing!
Sent the link of the item to my boyfriend for valentines gift idea, when I received the item, it was indeed 3 separate chains.
Customer service were extremely rude and unhelpful and gave false information.
The jewellery looks tacky, even if it had come as one piece I probably still wouldn't wear it.

I purchased some jewellery, all beautiful & great quality apart from an issue with the hinge on one of the hoops. I got in touch with customer service at like 8pm and by 8:45pm I had store credit to purchase a replacement which is arriving today! I believe I spoke to a customer service agent called Blessings :-)

I purchased two pair of earrings for my daughter for Xmas.They were beautiful she was thrilled with them. She had a problem with one of the earrings so I wrote to customer service. Within one hour I had a reply back from Herminia. What amazing customer service from Herminia. I was given credit to replace my earrings. 10/10 Abbott Lyon.
