I contacted abbot lyon asking weather and item- 3 layered chain would come as one item or three separate chains.
I did not want separate chains as the get tangled together.
I was advised by the bot it was one item, one fastening.
Two of the chains are identical and the birth month stone is missing!
Sent the link of the item to my boyfriend for valentines gift idea, when I received the item, it was indeed 3 separate chains.
Customer service were extremely rude and unhelpful and gave false information.
The jewellery looks tacky, even if it had come as one piece I probably still wouldn't wear it.
