My bracelet unfortunately broken. I sent Abbott Lyon an email explaining, on this email I attached a picture of the broken bracelet and my order number.
Within minutes a very helpful member of staff resolved the issue. I did not have to provide anything else, they just credited my account so that I could re purchase my bracelet.
