The Mildenhall branch I had rented my property thru for years lost or mislaid a contract for a period that I had to pay the Council Tax of some £400 for when it should have been the tenant they were paid the management fee for the period in question but even after calls to them over the months they have not paid me back it is appalling DO NOT USE THEMI was even told by a member of staff I am too busy to help!!!!
