When I raised concerns, staff were rude, dismissive, and passed me between people with no resolution.As selling agents, they pressured me to accept an offer promising a quick sale, then stopped communicating completely. Emails were ignored, a solicitor was instructed without my consent, and the sale dragged on for months. After tenants left, delays cost me £1,800 per month, totalling £8,100, yet they still charged over £7,000 in commission.Very distressing experience. I strongly advise landlords and sellers to avoid this company.
