I placed a review quoting the misfortune about a double warranty taken by Abby Car. Where the initial €500 warranty was not returned to my account but instead deducted a second time. To my consternation I received a reply from abby car on my negative review mentioning I should contact their customer services. Hereby my second negative review about the customer service of Abbycar. I have contacted them several times by phone - in vain! No response no clear answer. I wrote more then 8 emails to which I received 4 replies in mentioning in one of those they admit their mistake and I will be contacted soon (5 months ago!!!!) and they assure me they will settle the issue. I mail them almost every second week. Either I don’t receive any feedback either abby car responds with the same message: it is in the hands of their financial department. However I have not received one email from that department nor the money. Abby car is still after 5 months in debt to me with 1000 euro which they have taken responsibility for but no action to refund their rightful customer. Standard replies on customer complaint on Trustpilot are a scam since they are only there to try to make the complaint look invalid. However their own customer service is in fault.
