From the first second when I went in the office in AbbyCar in Bosnia, Semir the agent who was there, was one of the best human and a great seller also. He helped us with everything! He helped us with the car what to do where to go in Bosnia, what to be careful of, and all that we needed to know. When we return the car, there was a small bump on the right back door which me and my friend never saw. But Semir was so helpful and he made the whole experience super easy with the insurance company which I booked and from the DiscoverCars. So, because of Semir, the experience with AbbyCar was super good with 0 problems!

I placed a review quoting the misfortune about a double warranty taken by Abby Car. Where the initial €500 warranty was not returned to my account but instead deducted a second time. To my consternation I received a reply from abby car on my negative review mentioning I should contact their customer services. Hereby my second negative review about the customer service of Abbycar. I have contacted them several times by phone - in vain! No response no clear answer. I wrote more then 8 emails to which I received 4 replies in mentioning in one of those they admit their mistake and I will be contacted soon (5 months ago!!!!) and they assure me they will settle the issue. I mail them almost every second week. Either I don’t receive any feedback either abby car responds with the same message: it is in the hands of their financial department. However I have not received one email from that department nor the money. Abby car is still after 5 months in debt to me with 1000 euro which they have taken responsibility for but no action to refund their rightful customer. Standard replies on customer complaint on Trustpilot are a scam since they are only there to try to make the complaint look invalid. However their own customer service is in fault.
„Mietwagen im Oktober auf Kreta gebucht, 500 € Kaution hinterlegt. Fahrzeug wegen Straßensperrung wie angewiesen an der Flughafenstation abgestellt, Schlüssel eingeworfen. Rückzahlung der Kaution wurde für wenige Tage später zugesichert.Im November bestätigte ABBYCAR nach Reklamation, dass es ein internes Problem gab und die Kaution überwiesen wird. Im Dezember hieß es, mehrere Kunden seien betroffen und es dauere noch. Im Januar erneut nachgehakt, seitdem keinerlei Rückmeldung und bis heute keine Rückzahlung.Monatelange Verzögerung trotz mehrfacher Zusagen. Extrem schlechter Kundenservice, nicht vertrauenswürdig und wirkt höchst unseriös.““Car rental booked in October in Crete, €500 deposit paid. Due to a road closure, I was instructed to return the car at the airport station and leave the key in the drop box. I was assured the deposit would be refunded within a few days.After no refund, ABBYCAR confirmed in November after my complaint that there was an internal issue and the deposit would be transferred. In December I was told that several customers were affected and it would take a bit longer. I followed up again in January and since then received no response and no refund.Months of delay despite repeated promises. Extremely poor customer service, not trustworthy and highly unprofessional.”
Dodgy dodgy dodgy, avoid. We could tell when we picked up the rental car, this was company were dodgy. And sure enough when we returned it, the person checking over the car, went straight to the underside of the bumper and tried her best to claim a scratch was on us, and we would lose our covering deposit of £2k. She had two men with her while she did this. Very very suss behaviour. Avoid avoid avoid.
This business is a scam/rip-off. Rented car for 1 week at $500 delayed flight/baggage pick up. Walk to satellite car agency ABBYcar . Car is gone no refund. total scam They kept my money and rented the same car to another person, Disgusting
Absolutely disgusted with this company and we cant beleieve easy jet even reccomend booking with this company! We got a flat tyre and after going to put the spare on we soon discovered was flat also....which meant me and my friend were 2 stranded females very late at night.We called easyjet who made multiple attempts to contact abbycar along with all of the attempts we made and no answer and no recovery options, we left a voicemail and emailed and nothing (not even the next day did they contact us back) even more disappointing we were told by easy jet they didn't even know what to do and we were promised multiple times to be called back that evening...but no call back...we were left to figure it out for ourselves We ended up having to walk miles late at night to find help, then even the next day tried to contact abbycar with no luck again and had to drive 160km on the spare to the airport which is pretty dangerous. Even when we dropped the car off to the other airport in Crete the lady was very unhelpful and didnt really seem to care!
Absolute Disgrace!! Booked with this company & did not receive voucher. On arrival they were closed & all you get is a answerphone message. Took the money & left us stranded. Contacted Jane in customer service who would not help! Be aware of this scam!!
