When I raised these issues, the local staff told me that only AbbyCar International could resolve them. Unfortunately, contacting the central office was even worse: my emails were ignored, no clear explanation was given, and they showed no willingness to help.For weeks I was left without access to a large amount of my own money, causing stress and financial difficulties during my trip. Instead of taking responsibility, both the local and the international offices tried to push the problem away.👉 My advice to travelers: avoid AbbyCar altogether. If you must use them, be extremely careful — check every charge, keep all receipts, and don’t expect support if something goes wrong.No professional company should treat customers like this.
