Even though the terms mentioned a credit card was needed for the deposit, Carjet still accepted my debit card for payment without a clear warning. At pick-up, ABBYCAR refused three other debit cards and cash for the deposit, leaving me completely stranded with no support. I lost my prepaid amount and had to rent another car from another company, who didn't have problem with our cards and cash, at a much higher price. Extremely disappointing experience and very poor customer service – unfair and misleading!
