I was very disappointed, I could barely understand the lady, she was 1 hour late which meant I couldn't work as I need my phone to work and worst of all she couldn't write out script.
I had done pre questionnaire which had she read beforehand said exactly what I needed. She not only couldn't do the script she didn't even know she couldn't. She had to ring me back, so 1 hour then 15 mins then another 5 for absolutely nothing
