The service wasn’t good. I went for click and collect today, and there was only one customer in the store, so it wasn’t busy. The older man was nice, but the other lady (who I think might be from India, though I’m not sure — my apologies if I’m mistaken) handed my item to me without showing the weight of my silver or giving any information. I also asked for a paper invoice, but she said it would be sent to my email. When she gave the item to me, it felt like she just threw it towards me.
