This service is unprofessional and dismissive, regardless of whether you are buying or selling. I had metals stored with them only to discover they were charging me storage fees for nothing. A thorough investigation into their questionable practices is recommended. I will never return! Recently, I sold some gold to another dealer, and they were courteous and professional. They also offered a better price for my metals. Last year, I made a poor choice with this service, which cost me significantly. Their negative reputation is well-deserved. Fortunately, I found a trustworthy dealer nearby.
What a terrible experience, these guys are difficult in the extreme, purchased a large amount of Bullion over the new year and whilst waiting to pick it up following the holiday we were charged a storage fee...when it came time to pick it up they said we had to wait 24hrs for a credit card payment to clear, we need to return tomorrow for pickup...never ever again.
Nice showroom felt very relaxed with the sale person Cynthia she solved all my problems and was only too happy to help getting my silver out of storage and answer all my questions she is an asset to ABC as one payment didnt go through and knew exactly what to do bu reassuring me and contacting the right people
This company is rude and arrogant whether you buying or selling.... done both. Had metals in storage only to find out they were charging you storage fees and there was nothing in storage. Check out John Adams he researched into their fraudulent behaviour. I will never go back to them!!! I sold some gold to jaggards a few weeks back and they were polite and professional. They offer more for selling your metals too. I cashed in a non abc bar last year and abc bullion charged me $275. Me the fool i know. Their reputation speaks for itself. Jaggards around the corner, so happy to find a reputable dealer
The service wasn’t good. I went for click and collect today, and there was only one customer in the store, so it wasn’t busy. The older man was nice, but the other lady (who I think might be from India, though I’m not sure — my apologies if I’m mistaken) handed my item to me without showing the weight of my silver or giving any information. I also asked for a paper invoice, but she said it would be sent to my email. When she gave the item to me, it felt like she just threw it towards me.
Paid the invoice weeks ago, no delivery, no response, no accountabilityI placed a high value order with ABC Bullion weeks ago. I received the invoice, paid it immediately, and was advised I would receive a tracking number once my order was dispatched. Since then, I have received nothing. No dispatch confirmation, no tracking number, and no update of any kind.I have spent up to 60 minutes on hold on multiple occasions trying to reach someone on the only number they provide. No one has ever answered. I have also sent several emails to their customer service inbox and have never received a reply. To make matters worse, I have been trying to arrange delivery of my pooled allocation holdings, which can only be done over the phone. Once again, it is impossible to get through. There is no other way to contact them, no escalation channel, and no sign of anyone actually managing customer queries. What makes this situation even more concerning is that after a quick search online, I found many other customers reporting the exact same experience in recent weeks and months. Payments made, no delivery, no communication, and no response. For a company that positions itself as one of Australia’s leading independent bullion dealers, this level of service is completely unacceptable and frankly alarming. These are not small transactions. People are trusting this company with tens of thousands of dollars, and yet it feels impossible to get even basic confirmation that your order exists or is being processed. At this point, I am close to escalating the matter to the ACCC, as this behaviour borders on deceptive and misleading conduct. There is simply no excuse for a business operating in this space to be this unresponsive or unreachable.Customers deserve transparency, accountability, and the ability to contact someone about their money or their metal. Right now, ABC Bullion is failing badly on all fronts.Once I receive my products, I will NEVER deal with them again!
I have an account with this company. If you can call it that left so many messages not one response back. I have been in this industry for a long time. My warning to others is do not buy a paper contract. You can give them a future date and they will not guarantee any delivery if you do not hold it you do not own it. Silver is running out everywhere hence why they’re probably not answering their phone.
I have placed an order on Fri, 17 Oct 2025 and have been waiting for them to deliver. No response. No call backs. No answer to my 20 plus attempts making calls on their 1300 number. As I write this message, my call to 1300 361 261 is still in the running (tired of hearing - ABC Purity blah blah blah) for more than 2 hours now...seriously 2 hours? dont you have budget for maintaining a decent call centre who can respond to customer queries? or atleast automate the process to set the expectation of your customers? I have sent reminder 1, and 2...I might have to make a legal move after reminder 3.
