Very unprofessional staff member I dealt with today. Called to query a payment reminder that was apparently issued 2 years ago. I informed the staff that I had never received an invoice for storage on the date he mentioned and asked for two weeks to pay the fee. He said he'd check with the manager while I waited on hold. He returned and told me as per the email I only have 7 days to pay or my bullion holding would be reverted to an allocated fund. I then asked for the manager's name as I wanted to write to the company for an extension. He wouldn't give me a name so that I could refer to the conversation in further correspondence, which made me doubt whether he actually asked a manager at all. Poor customer service. In addition, you are not able to download a statement from the website showing the administrative transactions like storage fees charged or paid, only the purchases of bullion made.
