I went to the Martin Place office yesterday and my experience was brilliant. I was greeted by Dylan who helped me set up a new account. He escorted me to a private room where he organised the buy back rate and within 30minutes everything was done. On the website it says “allow 2 days“ for the bank transfer and it was already in my account the following morning.Thanks Dylan.
