Really bad experience. Degrading customer service!These guys are quick to sell you but when it comes to buy back, they are the worst.I went to their Sydney office, rang the bell, no answer for at least 5 min, thought I should go back but decided to give another try, nothing for another 5 min, another try, finally a rude guy comes out to tell me that ringing bell once is enough, really?Then when I entered, I was told, feel free to look around without asking me why I was there. Confused and not knowing what to do I just waited, after some time a lady came out and I had to ask her what and how I can have a buy back service, later told to sit in a dingy room and wait. The person attended at the end was decent. But the whole experience was horrible and I do not recommend ABC Bullion to anyone. Definitely not their Sydney office.
