This service is the worst I've encountered. There's a complete lack of communication; no one takes responsibility and everyone points fingers at other departments. When I contacted the office where I booked my shipment, they directed me to the escalations team, who also failed to respond. My brother reached out to them, and they promised to call the registered number associated with the parcel, but that call never happened. Now, they don't even answer calls. I arranged my shipment on November 13, 2025, expecting delivery in 20 to 25 working days. It's now January 10, 2026, and they keep saying it will take longer without any proper updates on my parcel's status. This service is incredibly disappointing, and I will never use it again.
