Frustrating Experience with Poor Communication

This service has been incredibly frustrating. No one seems to respond, and there's a lot of blame shifting among departments. When I tried to contact the office where I placed my order, they directed me to the escalations team, who also failed to respond. My brother's attempts to reach them resulted in promises of a call that never came. They have now stopped answering calls. I arranged my shipment on November 13, 2025, with a promise of delivery in 20 to 25 working days. Today is January 10, 2026, and they continue to provide no updates on my parcel's whereabouts. This service is extremely disappointing, and I will not use it again.

Terrible Experience with Delayed Cargo

I sent my cargo on November 4, and it still hasn't arrived. The staff is unhelpful and I have no idea what's happening with my items. They promised delivery within 20 to 25 days, but it's been almost two months and my cargo is still missing.

Extremely Poor Service with No Response

This service is the worst I've encountered. There's a complete lack of communication; no one takes responsibility and everyone points fingers at other departments. When I contacted the office where I booked my shipment, they directed me to the escalations team, who also failed to respond. My brother reached out to them, and they promised to call the registered number associated with the parcel, but that call never happened. Now, they don't even answer calls. I arranged my shipment on November 13, 2025, expecting delivery in 20 to 25 working days. It's now January 10, 2026, and they keep saying it will take longer without any proper updates on my parcel's status. This service is incredibly disappointing, and I will never use it again.

Unacceptable Service with No Communication

I would give zero stars if I could. After making my payment, I dropped off my parcel on November 27 and was told it would be sent the next day, but it wasn't. They claim to be available 24/7 online, yet provide no real help. I called them multiple times, and each representative gave me conflicting information about my parcel's status. It's been seven days with no clarity on where my item is. I'm left with no choice but to visit their office if I want any resolution.

Avoid This Service at All Costs!

I wish I could give zero stars for this dreadful experience. My family used this service for our cargo, and their lack of care is unacceptable. Many of my items were mishandled, and their customer service showed no concern. I've lost a significant amount of money due to their negligence, and they refuse to provide any compensation. Their policies on fragile items are unreasonable. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
