The website is not user friendly and difficult to find what you are looking for. I had to inform the company to correct the mis-spelling of a defendant's name on one of the completed served. No correction after 9 days. Called them Thursday and call dropped twice. Finally tried a different phone option: "Judge or court worker" and got thru but of course wrong department but he helped as best he could. & told me someone would follow up with me. No call back on Thursday for my question. I followed up again with them on Friday to inform them that my court case is being heard the following Monday. Finally someone answered and addressed my concerns. The correction of name was taken care of 1 business day prior to my court case despite me caling 10 days ago to address this. I finally received the signed Due Diligence Proof of Service on a weekend the day before my court case for the other defendant. Additionally, I had to follow up with them to inform them of the deadline as they seemed clueless. The server was still planning on trying to serve the document on that Friday. Hello, my court date is Monday. I would not recommend this company. This process is stressful enough without abclegal adding to it by not doing their "due diligence"!
