Nightmare company !!! I missed court because they failed to serve, i have court again in 5 days and still don’t have proof of service. I called Travis who is the team lead who said will take care of it and never did. When i call the representatives give me false info and refuse to do anything saying you have to wait. I called them 20 times explaining the issue. Paid 750 dollars so far. This is the worst business ever !!! They are some uneducated people behind the phone that can not read or follow directions.
I wish I read the reviews first!!!! I never take the time out to write bad reviews but this company really got under my skin. Horrible service. Horrible customer support. It will take them 2 weeks to even make the first attempt. Most likely you will miss your deadline and they do not care. The individual I needed served was never served and the company refused to issue me a non-service document to take to court even though I damn near begged them!!!! Then they denied a refund because there was an attempt even though I had to go to court without any documentation from abc legal. My court date was 1/28 and the sorry af process server updated the account almost a week after that. Like wtf good does it do then?? I kept documentations of everything and reported these folks to my credit card company.
They made one attempt to serve these documents. I was told three would be made. I have left numerous message for someone to call me. They all say someone will get back to you. That just isnt true.
I paid to have some court documents served, but a month went by without any progress. After contacting various local services, I discovered that the process server had barely attempted to serve them. When I tried to cancel, I was informed that a refund was not possible, despite my payment exceeding $300. It took an eternity to receive a response via email. This service is dreadful. I recommend doing some research and opting for a local provider instead. I managed to have it completed by a local server at a fraction of the cost, and it was done the very next day. My experience has been disappointing, and I've heard negative feedback about how they treat their servers as well. I regret ever choosing this service.
I would give zero stars if I could. I had contacted customer support 5-6 times with the same SIMPLE instructions for my server which were repeatedly not followed. This was not only a waste of my time and money but also caused time sensitive documents not to be delivered. I am extremely frustrated with this company and I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
