I wouldn’t recommend this service. They don’t inform you upfront that you need a motion to appoint a private process server until after payment is already made. I’m not from this state, so I wasn’t aware of that requirement.
Instead, my case was sent to the sheriff over a month ago with no updates since. It feels like I wasted my money because if I had known from the beginning, I could have filed the motion and used a private process server to move things along faster
I was stuck waiting for the sheriff, which can take months with how slow this is going and my case was at risk of being dismissed I had to stop and cancel everything and hire another private process server ,when this could have been handled much sooner if I had been properly informed. I do believe I deserve a refund seeing as though this information was not provided to me in the beginning and my case was basically on hold for over a month when I could’ve already had the other party served instead of waiting.
