I have rated one star but would actually not give it any stars. I used to use ABC Cabs but will NEVER use again. I ordered a cab and was told it was on the way. I checked my phone later but there was no message so I phoned and was told that there was no cab as I was "a timewaster". I asked him to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. I asked him to explain what he meant and he said that on the 5th July 2025 I did not reply to any calls for a cab that was called. I said that was not the case and he retorted "were you drunk?". Needless to say, this did not dignify an answer. He then said "you're a slag" to which I retorted "grow up". How on earth can he manage a company with a mindset of an imbecile?I was quite happy with ABC before but will retell this story to as many people as possible. Karma, my friend.
