Review Time
I have rated one star but would actually not give it any stars. I used to use ABC Cabs but will NEVER use again. I ordered a cab and was told it was on the way. I checked my phone later but there was no message so I phoned and was told that there was no cab as I was "a timewaster". I asked him to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. I asked him to explain what he meant and he said that on the 5th July 2025 I did not reply to any calls for a cab that was called. I said that was not the case and he retorted "were you drunk?". Needless to say, this did not dignify an answer. He then said "you're a slag" to which I retorted "grow up". How on earth can he manage a company with a mindset of an imbecile?
I was quite happy with ABC before but will retell this story to as many people as possible. Karma, my friend.

I am elderly and the two friends I was with are also elderly. We all have health issues. The 84 year old gentleman has a cardiac problem. We had two trolleys and two bags of shopping so ordered a cab. The retirement flats we live in were a ten minute drive away. The gentleman ordered the taxi to their address. When the cab arrived I asked if he could drop me first as my back was playing up. I was keen to get in doors. The cab driver started arguing about this.. I rang the office and they agreed he could drop me and then my friends (two minute drive up the road) We have done this before and been charged £4.50 or £5.00. The driver dropped me, but when he dropped them asked for £9. A complete rip off. My friends complained to the office and were told they would give them a credit of £2.50.it should have be £4.50 and will they actually get it? The driver had such a bad attitude. I also complained to office. Not helpful. I was told to phone back another time. Fisgusting attitude
I always use abc for my son to go football training. Never had an issue but just now the taxi driver call me 15 minutes before it even arrived outside my house. And my son called me when got dropped off saying he didn't feel safe, all he did was swear and using inappropriate language. Clearly can see my son is a child. Disgusting
Very late driver and the most rude office members. Its ok to be late if your honest (which they are not) and if your apologetic (which they are not) and sympathetic to making you late (which they are very much not). This isn’t the first time but will be the last time we use them!
