Unfortunately, my server was permanently suspended due to abuse allegations. The situation worsened with the slow responses to my support tickets. When I finally got a reply, I learned that my server would not be reinstated. I also asked for temporary access to retrieve my data, but no helpful solution was given. After my service was terminated, I requested a refund for the unused period, but the refund process was confusing and poorly handled.
