I selected a server from a provider because it was advertised as offshore. I thought offshore hosting would offer more lenient conditions than standard options. However, my server was permanently suspended due to abuse reports. The slow responses to my support inquiries made matters worse. When I finally received a reply, I learned that my server would not be reinstated. I also requested temporary access to recover my data, but no effective solution was provided. After my service was terminated, I sought a refund for the unused period, but the refund process was confusing and poorly managed. Given the service was marketed as offshore, the strict actions and lack of communication were quite disappointing. I'm sharing this to help others make informed choices.
