My experience with the service has been incredibly disappointing. I have been unable to access my server since March 10, 2025. During this time, the server was essentially unusable, and even prior to that, the performance was significantly lacking. I chose this service believing it was offshore hosting, but it did not live up to my expectations. Consequently, I faced customer loss and financial setbacks. The most unacceptable aspect is this:
While my server access was already restricted and the service was effectively inactive, I received an email inquiring if I wanted to renew the service and pay a new invoice. In other words, I was asked to renew and pay for a service that I could neither access nor use. I have screenshots as evidence. After the service was terminated, I was also denied access to retrieve my own data, despite the fact that the data rightfully belongs to me. My requests for a refund and data retrieval have not been managed properly or resolved satisfactorily. Summary of my experience: • Long-term server inaccessibility • Very poor performance • Customer and financial loss • Renewal invoice sent while the service was inaccessible • No proper solution for refund or data access Based on my experience, I do not recommend this service. The quality of service and customer handling are far from professional.
