Do not buy from Ambercrombie

Do not buy from Ambercrombie! Their advertising states free returns… that is a lie. I have been charged €5 to return an item.I now actually realise that I had to pay €5 for delivery charges too, even though on the day it said delivery was free, as I was over their free delivery limit.So I’ve just paid €10 to try on a pair of jeans that don’t fit properly.Their customers service is a joke, I was on to chat for over 20 minutes, I’m sure it was a bott, even though they insisted they weren’t…. I didn’t have time to waste on them anymore so I’ve just given up, but be warned DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ATE AWFUL!
