You sent out the wrong item. We spoke to someone with customer service and they were incredibly unhelpful. We still do not have a resolution and stuck with an item we did not order.We went early to the Black Friday sale and now the item we wanted is out of stock. Instead of a jumper we have been sent a striped shirt which is not what we paid for.
