I was at the blue water store with my mum when I spotted a lovely chocolate winter coat. The young lady called Alko was so welcoming and lovely. She helped me choose which size was best. After messing all the coats on the stand to decide which size I wanted she said not to worry and she will tidy them as that’s part of her job. She then came to the counter to serve us despite being on her own and tidying and seeing to other customers. She made our experience personal and endearing. Can’t thank you enough . My mum treated me to this coat for my birthday and it’s top quality not only in design but the way it’s finished with such care . Thank you Alko for being a little sweetie.
