I wish I read the reviews before I ordered with them. I assumed as they were a well known current brand that they would function like others such as Asos or Next but how wrong I was! I don't mind paying the £5 shipping as I bought sale items and had the £10 off your first order, but you don't actually get a deal because if you need to send something back they will take £9 off you! For what? Paying the £5 wasn't enough? I've never experienced this before, what brand charges you to send your item back? I got the parcel valued at the post office for £3.45 for the UK address, but if you want to send it back with your own label they make you send it to the Netherlands, which costs £10! So you lose £14 no matter what. Baring in mind one of the items I purchased was £13.99! I'm going to keep my items and give them to a friend. Which brings me to my second point- the sizing is well off! I'm a UK size 14-16 and I ordered an XL and they are so small it is ridiculous! According to their size guide their XL would actually fit a UK size 18 in normal stores. I like my clothes oversized so I was shocked when I tried them on and it was a little disheartening. I would rather give these clothing items away to a friend or family member than give A&F more of my money! I have truly been conned. And reading the other reviews, we have all been in this situation!
