Delivery Problems and Unexpected Fees

I placed an order for multiple items and discovered I was charged for delivery, even though I qualified for free shipping. My order arrived in two shipments, but only one was marked as delivered. I needed to reach out to customer support to arrange a return for the item that didn't arrive. During the call, I mentioned the delivery charge, and the representative said they would modify my order accordingly. However, the return QR code they sent showed a refund amount that was lower than what I initially paid. This means I will end up covering both the delivery fee and the return charge, despite being told that the fee would be waived due to the complications I encountered. While the clothing is nice, I recommend being cautious when ordering online, as the pricing can be misleading. I will be returning the item and will avoid shopping online with this service in the future.
