Original bus at 9:15 PM was cancelled; staff called and arranged alternate at 11:55 PM—I confirmed OK. Boarded searching for upper berth U3 but took U5 by mistake in dim light. Beside me, a lady covered fully with blanket for privacy I thought gent seat and slept. Midnight, conductor woke me, accusing misbehavior with her in front of passengers. Humiliating! He asked her Did he misbehave? She said NO. Switched to U3 but couldn't sleep from stress/embarrassment. My Heartfelt Apology to the Lady. Ma'am, truly sorry for the seat mix-up in the dark.
