I ordered two lamps on December 3rd 2024. After three Emails to a customer advice agent named Jessica I am still waiting for my delivery. Jessica informed me that Royal Mail had returned the lamps to Abigail Aherns warehouse due to the address on the parcel being incomplete. Today, 13 days later, I have been asked to choose between a new priority delivery or a refund... Atrocious service as I have missed the final postage date for sending the lamps as christmas gifts to my relatives. Not even a compensatory offer of any sorts. No way to run a company and sadly, the first and last time I will shop with AA.
