I ordered a suit, it wasn’t going to be delivered in time for me leaving to go away, so I cancelled and ordered another to be delivered to my ‘away’ address. That was over a month ago and only just got a refund for the first suit after 23 working days. The second suit was shocking, huge and baggy, so returned it for a refund too. We’re now past the 14 working days and no refund yet.The suits are bad, the customer service is terrible and they refer to their T’s & C’s an awful lot about what you must do to comply but then they totally don’t follow them. All I know is over a month after wanting a smart Tweed 3 piece suit I have no suit and have been missing £350 (now £172) which seems not to be coming back to me anytime soon. Furious to be fair.
