The service provided was incredibly disappointing—there were over 15 problems, including poor paint color matching and finish. The sealer was smeared on the paintwork, masking tape was left on the wheels and got wet, leaving glue residue. There were chunks missing from the rubber trim in the tailgate, and the interior was filthy, as if it hadn't been properly masked before sanding. I can feel lines where the paint wasn't blended well, and there was damage to the plastic on the rear light because it wasn't removed during sanding. The rear door and quarter were scuffed, and I had to drive to the main dealer multiple times, using my own fuel, only to receive it back empty. Seriously, do I need to elaborate further... and I had to wait 8 weeks for them to finish this so-called masterpiece!
