Zero stars! Absolutely no ability to deliver on any of their service delivery promises. Pickup of vehicle cancelled twice at last minute. No replacement vehicle provided as per my insurance allowance. Provided repeated false information about the location of my vehicle and took a month to even assess the damage. Return cancelled for agreed time because they ‘didn’t have a truck’. Complaints team took more than a month to contact me and then completely failed to address any of my substantive concerns. Customer service manager declined to call me despite requesting a call in writing. I’m now forced to advertise their business driving around with the name of the company on my number plate when I absolutely do not recommend dealing with this business under any circumstances.
