Disgusting company, we had them out for a simple toilet removal/drain unblock, jet wash. They originally quoted £175+ vat and if materials it would then be added. This is when it began to spiral. We had two plumbers out at first who diagnosed the possible problem. They then spoke to Able Group Who then requested a second opinion, so we then had to wait hours for another guy to come out. Then the spiral became a full on cyclone. The price then doubled. I now apparently needed a engineer and a plumber one to remove the toilet another to jet the drain. we then asked how much this would cost the woman we spoke to was reluctant to give me a price but in the end she said roughly £290 again a fair price. BUT id have to wait for engineer and plumber which i was told could be DAYS. come Monday i phoned as the blockage had not been fixed. This is when the cyclone became a dam right flood. All of a sudden they now could use one person to do the whole job but now it would cost me £700. We immediately declined told them to remove our payment method and contacted another plumber. he is due today at a cost of £275 for the toilet removal and jet was. TLDR do not go to this rip off company
