I took out an annual policy in January. By July, I was diagnosed with multiple health issues. I contacted them to report these conditions, and they said it would go to their medical assessors. I had to chase them up before my holiday, and they only called me after much delay. The quotes they provided were excessively high. I ended up finding a much cheaper policy elsewhere. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
