Excellent overall experience. I reported a minor leak to my boiler and got a same day appointment. The engineer, Ben, was prompt, knowledgeable and professional, quickly identifying and fixing the problem and explaining what he was doing at all stages. I've now used Able several times and they have always provided exemplary service.

I obtained an appointment very quickly - 2 days - following my call to report an issue with my boiler. Jon arrived on time and was quick to diagnose the problem which he fixed. I was advised to replace a part which had deteriorated so as to avoid further problems. Jon is friendly, explanatory and helpful. I’m very happy with this company whom I have used before and will use again.
Able supported us brilliantly from start to finish of our complete bathroom refit.Our initial contact was with Billy, their project manager. He came and viewed the site, gave us really sensible guidance and recommendations and was on hand throughout our project for help and advice where we needed it. Chris delievered the physical project. He was a star from start to finish. Great communicator, always arrived punctually, very respectful of our home, and extremely hard working. Chris is a complete perfectionist, down to the very last detail, and the work he did exceeded all of our expectations. We were quite nervous going in to this project as it’s not something we’ve attempted before. It wasn’t a straightforward job, there were several unforeseen complications along the way, but Chris and Billy supported us with everything, thoroughly, professionally and precisely. We couldn’t have asked for a safer pair of hands, we couldn’t be happier with the final outcome and we would not hesitate to recommend Able to anyone looking for a great company to deliver high quality workmanship.
Have used Able Plumming for a long time now for my boiler service always fantastic serviceHad a small issues with my pressure . When I called them they advised I could sort it out myself and sent me instructions . Being a woman on my own I was not confident to start messing about with gas They manage to get the engineer to see me the same day after other jobs and all is now well 👌Engineers and whole team are always great and service is fantastic Nice to use a company you can trust 🙂

Our problems were fully investigated by Billy and alternative solutions were presented. The plumbers Sam and Lewis who carried out the work were highly competent, efficient, clean and tidy.
