My refund has been “on the way” for over 14 days, and all I receive are ineffective, automated replies. They continuously promise “48 hours” and “2–5 business days,” yet absolutely NOTHING happens. This is not customer service — it’s a complete failure of responsibility. It seems they simply do not care about refunding customers' money. The lack of transparency, total absence of accountability, and repetitive empty messages are incredibly frustrating. I will NEVER use this service again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. If this is how they manage refunds, consider how little they care about other issues.
I ordered a pair of shoes on December 24, and I still have not received my order. When I contacted customer support, they claimed it was not their fault, and there was no tracking record. This has been the worst experience, and I will never purchase from them again. I am even considering filing a complaint.

I’ve had issues with refunds before, but this time it’s truly unacceptable. I returned the item on December 7, they received it on November 10, and confirmed the return on November 12 — yet I still haven’t received my money back. On top of that, they convinced me to close the PayPal dispute, and after I did, the refund never came. If you’re willing to trust this company with your money, then go ahead and buy from them. Recently, they have been acting like scammers, and I can no longer trust them.
