Again and again, this online store has issues with refunding customers. On 17 October 2025, I received a confirmation email stating that the returned item had been received, and since then I still haven’t received my refund, which violates the condition of issuing refunds within 14 days. The customer support centre keeps repeating the same thing over and over, using unforeseen technical problems as an excuse for why they have been unable to process the refund. They have been “working on it” for 3 weeks now. They respond to emails slowly, and it appears they regularly use this practice to appropriate customers’ funds.
