WOW! These boxes are truly beautiful. I discovered this service on social media, and the incredible idea of sending books every couple of months is fantastic. I asked my daughters if they would like it for an early birthday present, and they were thrilled. The Horror box with extras is simply outstanding. It included a free horror tote bag, coasters, a magnet, cards, and posters. I faced a minor issue with my order due to receiving the wrong box, but they resolved it overnight. (I think they used a magical delivery method because it arrived super fast the next day.) The staff is friendly and very helpful. I love that this service aids in rescuing books from being destroyed. It's a unique gift that continues to give throughout the year. I would love to see an “extras” box for crime, thriller, and mystery genres. That would be so enjoyable. Including a tea bag in this box would be a lovely addition. This is a top subscription for book lovers everywhere! I wish I had discovered this service sooner. The children's box looks fun as well. I highly recommend this subscription for anyone who enjoys reading. Absolutely stunning!

This was my first time ordering books from this service. I ordered the advent books and ended up with two duplicates, which can happen. I emailed the service, and they promptly sent out two replacement books. The service was excellent, and they offered an apology. I will definitely be purchasing again.
I’m so grateful to have found this subscription service. I recently got back into reading and wasn’t sure where to begin. I discovered this platform and gifted the first box to my partner for our anniversary. I was very impressed with the selections, so I ordered one for myself, along with a Christmas box and the horror box. Since I ordered three boxes, I received a free book, which was a nice bonus. The variety of books and extra treats (from the horror box) has helped me rekindle my passion for reading. I encountered an issue with my order where the genre wasn’t what I expected. I contacted customer service, and they were amazing, resolving it by the next day. I also enjoy the online community where we discuss books and share what others have received in their boxes. I’ve told many people about these boxes and plan to give them as gifts in the future. As a mother of three young children, I needed something just for me. Finding this subscription has reignited my love for reading and given me a sense of self back after feeling lost in motherhood.
I love this subscription! Receiving my box each time is so thrilling. Sometimes I get an extra book. They have sales for books at reduced prices. There are themed boxes for Halloween, Christmas, etc., and a lovely community online where you can share news about the books you’ve received or read—both in and out of the boxes—allowing you to add even more titles to your ever-growing to-be-read pile. The service is very helpful if issues arise—it happens occasionally, but they resolve things quickly. You can pause your subscription if your to-be-read pile gets too large, haha. There’s truly nothing bad to say. Everything is excellent. I love receiving the boxes and interacting with the people involved. A full 5 stars!
Brilliant service! I decided to try my first horror book box on July 29th after hours, and it arrived on August 1st. I’m very pleased with the books provided (won't spoil the surprise by sharing the titles!)—one released this year and two from 2023. There was a mix-up with the free gift offer, but the customer service was outstanding, responding to all messages the same or next working day, and by August 8th, everything was sorted out. I’m already looking forward to my next box in October.
