Brilliant service! I decided to try my first horror book box on July 29th after hours, and it arrived on August 1st. I’m very pleased with the books provided (won't spoil the surprise by sharing the titles!)—one released this year and two from 2023. There was a mix-up with the free gift offer, but the customer service was outstanding, responding to all messages the same or next working day, and by August 8th, everything was sorted out. I’m already looking forward to my next box in October.
