I am extremely disappointed with Abri and the way they handle service charge information. Once again, the actual service charge statement has been delayed, and now we’re being told it won’t arrive until November. This is completely unacceptable.People deserve transparency about their charges so they can plan their finances properly. To leave residents waiting until just before Christmas to find out whether they owe more money is deeply unfair and incredibly stressful. With the cost of living already high, many of us are forced into uncertainty about whether we can even budget for Christmas gifts for our families.This delay shows a total lack of consideration for residents’ lives and financial pressures. It feels careless, disorganised, and disrespectful. Abri needs to take accountability and make sure service charges are sent on time in the future – not months late, and certainly not right before the holidays when people are already struggling to make ends meet. Last year was hit with a £3,000 bill to pay within 30 days. Abri are a joke of a company
