Continuously having issues with Abri.
I’ve spent the best part of 2 months trying to set up a direct debit with them, just to cancel it and blame me for cancelling it.
Called up again last month, asked for it to be set up again because my account is now in arrears (Yes, there is a portal to pay online but I can’t warrant paying my rent on there AND they attempt to take the funds AFTER they have cancelled the direct debit TWICE) to be sent a letter 25/03 saying it’s all set up, just to send me another letter 26/03 saying it’s been cancelled!
I called on Friday (27/03) for someone to give me an answer, just to be told that “I’ve left a note with my colleague to call you back”, to have NOTHING done in response! I’ve been calling since Monday trying to get an answer!
I asked for the details to set up a standing order which have been given to me but my bank has flagged it a fraudulent because the name of the account doesn’t match the details given!
Nobody knows what they are doing there! They live and breathe by their computer system that doesn’t work, and they won’t even look at the evidence I’m telling them about to show that they are wrong!
If you can avoid dealing with Abri, do it, because they keep buying out all these other companies without looking after the ones they already have!
