The item I received was the wrong version of what I ordered. I reached out for help but initially received no response. Eventually, I got in touch via web chat, but communication has since stalled. It’s been almost a month since I first contacted them, and I’m still waiting for a resolution. I’ve tried multiple ways to get help, but nothing has worked so far. I’m left with the wrong item and no assistance. *Edit: The ticket system had issues, but I finally received a response, and they are now working on the problem.
