The item I received was the wrong version of what I ordered. I reached out for help but initially received no response. Eventually, I got in touch via web chat, but communication has since stalled. It’s been almost a month since I first contacted them, and I’m still waiting for a resolution. I’ve tried multiple ways to get help, but nothing has worked so far. I’m left with the wrong item and no assistance. *Edit: The ticket system had issues, but I finally received a response, and they are now working on the problem.
I had a fantastic experience with customer service. After spending over 2k on a complete setup, everyone I interacted with was responsive and helpful. I forgot to order a crucial part for my pedals, and they sent it out the same day at no extra cost. They even sourced additional parts for me that they don’t usually stock, which they included for free. Everything arrived quickly and was well packaged; I couldn't ask for more!

The service was excellent and very responsive, plus their prices are competitive. I highly recommend them and will return for all my future needs.

The staff is knowledgeable and ready to assist. You can visit their showroom to try products and receive in-person advice. They provide excellent customer service with quick turnaround times. I purchased a set for my console, followed by a brake upgrade kit, and I'm now working on a custom PC with them. My family enjoyed visiting the showroom for sim racing as well. Highly recommended!
