Warning! My experience has turned into a serious legal matter. I tried to exchange a sweater, which was returned to the warehouse with tracking confirming receipt. Despite this, the service refuses to process the exchange or issue a refund. They claim an internal error, but this means they are unlawfully holding my property. I have sent a formal notice and am preparing a complaint to consumer protection authorities. After their lack of response, I escalated the matter, and only then did they reactivate my store credit. The replacement item I received was entirely different in quality. This service has poor quality control and seems to disregard customer orders. I urge others to avoid this service at all costs.
