Warning! My experience has turned into a serious legal matter. I tried to exchange a sweater, which was returned to the warehouse with tracking confirming receipt. Despite this, the service refuses to process the exchange or issue a refund. They claim an internal error, but this means they are unlawfully holding my property. I have sent a formal notice and am preparing a complaint to consumer protection authorities. After their lack of response, I escalated the matter, and only then did they reactivate my store credit. The replacement item I received was entirely different in quality. This service has poor quality control and seems to disregard customer orders. I urge others to avoid this service at all costs.
I was really disappointed that import duties weren't mentioned during purchase. This gift has now exceeded my budget. Additionally, your response included a breach of privacy regulations, which needs to be addressed immediately.
The quality is excellent; I ordered a brushed cashmere balaclava and it's lovely. However, the packaging left much to be desired. If you're selling cashmere items, you shouldn't send them wrapped in thin paper and shipped across Europe in a regular box.
The fabric was nice, but the cut was unflattering. I wouldn't typically leave a negative review for that, but the returns process was frustratingly complicated. The returns webpage was slow to load, and they tried to persuade me to accept a voucher instead of a refund. I'm unlikely to order from them again.
My original order got delayed due to one unavailable item. It took almost a month, and I had to follow up multiple times. When I wanted to return an item, the returns portal estimated a cost of €2, but it ended up being nearly six times that. I was informed I had to cover the return costs myself, even for a return within the same country. Great products, but customer service needs improvement.
