I ordered two cashmere sweaters for myself, but after returning one due to sizing issues, it never reached the return address. I contacted both the postal service and the store without any resolution regarding the lost package. It's concerning that purchases can go missing so easily without accountability. They should strongly advise customers to insure return shipments, especially for expensive items. I believe others have faced similar issues. I would not recommend ordering from this website.
